'Casabella' is beautifully located at the edge of a small settlement of a few houses about ten kilometers from Siena. Partially surrounded by fields and vineyards it enjoys lovely views over the hilly countryside.

The house has been finely preserved and sympathically restored, maintaining its ancient stone structure. The guests can also enjoy barbecues on the outdoor terrace, admiring the countryside and can use the original wood oven.

The interior is spacious and comfortable, furnished in sober elegance so typical of the Tuscan countrystyle whilst containing the comforts of modern living (a well equipped kitchen and utility room).

The entrance door leads into an ample living room with a fireplace and then into a dining room and kitchen. Another sitting area located in a small attic is reached by a spiral staircase.

At the back of the house at the same level of the living and dining room, there are two triple bedrooms and a single bedroom plus two bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath. Each triple bedroom contains a double bed and a single one.
